My latest party article is now available in Pink Magazine – Gourmet Sandwich Bar ideas. You can visit Pink Magazine for the full article but I’ll share the photos for you here as a sneak peek. The magazine article will include ideas for what to serve (types of meats, cheeses, condiments and toppings), tips for how to set it up & serve it to your guests, and what to do with all those leftovers.
Gourmet Sandwich Bar:
When I set up food for a party, I try to go with as much variety as I can while staying within the party budget. With a gourmet sandwich bar, there are so many options you could go with like various meats, cheeses, breads, condiments, toppings and even side dishes.
You could mix things up a bit too by setting it up as a grilled cheese station with a panini press or toaster oven. There are endless ideas for unique sandwich combinations so coming up with a menu of items to serve should be pretty easy. If there will be kids at your party, you may want a few special items for them like slider buns (smaller version of a hamburger bun), pepperoni sticks, etc.
Sandwiches can be quite filling on their own but you could always set out a few sides as well like vegetables, fruit, or even little bags of potato chips.
For all the ideas on what to serve, how to set it all up and more, check out the full article in Pink Magazine.
