We have an exciting announcement! New Fisher-Price Little People have joined the family! There are five new characters all with different personalities that your children will be able to relate to. They are already available in the stores so I wanted to take a moment to formally introduce you to each of them. We also have Little People music videos to share so get on those dancing shoes!

Introducing the New Fisher-Price Little People!

These five friends are so excited to join the Fisher-Price family. Although they have different personalities and interests, they are all the best of friends.

Eddie:

I’d like to start by introducing you to Eddie…ZIP! There he goes! Okay, Eddie is in a rush to get somewhere (he’s always on the go) so we’ll get to Eddie a bit later.

Koby:

As you can tell by his photo, Koby likes acting silly. Why else would he be wearing a clown nose? Koby loves to make people laugh and I’m pretty sure he’s going to be known as the “class clown”. He also loves the colour orange and dinosaurs. He’s always ready to play and he gets right into every activity he is a part of.

Tessa:

Tessa absolutely loves kitty-cats so she’s right at home here because we have two cats for her to play with. Tessa has no problem taking the lead in the group and she lets her outgoing personality shine. She loves the colour yellow and twirling and she’s more than happy to teach you how to dance along with her. As you’ll see from her music video, you don’t have to be a girl to twirl!

Mia:

Mia reminds me of myself as a little girl. She is very quiet, gentle and shy. She loves the colour pink, wearing bows and collecting things. In fact, she has a collection box full of all sorts of goodies.

Eddie:

ZOOM! Here’s comes Eddie running over to say hello. Eddie is always on the go and is very energetic. He loves the colour red, playing sports and dogs (especially the high energy puppies). We took him to the park with us today and he insisted on climbing to the top of the play structure. Oh, that Eddie! Check out his music video Zoom Boing BOOM! I see some of  Eddie in my son – especially the part that likes to run away when we’re trying to do our shopping. Thank goodness for carts with seat belts!

Sofie:

Sofie is a daydreamer, an explorer and always asks “Why”. She loves butterflies, stargazing, the colour green and she is a little fashionista. She’s very curious and notices the details in everything so I knew she was the right person to help me solve a mystery tonight – who ate the last cookie? There’s nothing worse than looking forward to a cookie dessert to find that someone ate it before you had a chance to!

New Fisher-Price Little People

There you have it! You’ve now officially met the new Fisher-Price Little People. They all have such different personalities but I can see a little bit of my son in each of them. He’s silly like Koby, he’s always on the go like Eddie, he twirls around (to the point of falling over!) like Tessa, he wants to know how things work like Sofie and he’s shy in groups like Mia. Which character is your child most like? Let us know in the comments below.

Not only are there new Little People characters but there are also new playsets to go along with them. Check out all the goodies over on the Fisher-Price site. I also have some $5 off coupons to giveaway to Canadian readers so send me an email (cheryl{at}momsandmunchkins.ca) if you’d like me to send you one. It’s never too early to start shopping for the holidays!

There will be an exciting contest and game in October online on the Treehouse network so stay tuned for more details.

Oh, Sofie also found out who took the last cookie. No surprise there.
