Experience Kissimmee just announced a huge Kissimmee Memories and Dreams Contest where two Canadian families will win the vacation of a lifetime! Kissimmee, Florida is known as the gateway to fun because it is only minutes away from Orlando’s famous theme parks like Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Parks and LEGOLAND Florida. They also offer several adventure-seeking tours like airboat rides, zip lining and nature tours plus world-class golf, shopping, delicious restaurants and more. There is so much to see and do in the area!
The contest officially opens for entries on September 10th, 2013 but you can start brainstorming ideas for your winning entry now. Entrants will be asked to submit an essay composed of 1,000 to 1,500 characters (that is approximately 250-375 words) in either the “Memory” or “Dream” category.
Kissimmee Memories:
Have you been to Kissimmee, Florida? Do you have special family memories to share? Experience Kissimmee wants to hear all about them! In the “Memory” category, your entry would be about a past visit to the area. What attractions did you experience? Did you see an alligator during an airboat ride? Did you meet Mickey Mouse himself? Let your creativity run wild with this one to tell them about why you love the area and why you’d like to go back.
Kissimmee Dreams:
If you haven’t been to Kissimmee you can write about your “Dream” for visiting the area. Which attractions do you want to visit and why? Are you overdue for a family vacation? Have you planned how you’d surprise your family with the exciting news? Tell them how much this trip would mean to you and what excites you most about the area.
Kissimmee Memories and Dreams Contest Prize & Eligibility:
There will be two winners – one from each of the two categories.
Both of the prize packages include round-trip Economy Class airfare courtesy of Air Canada for the winner and five guests, a six-night vacation home stay courtesy of All Star Vacation homes, and a seven day rental car courtesy of Dollar Rent A Car. Sounds pretty fabulous, doesn’t it?

Eligible participants must be legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and be 21 years of age or older. One submission with the highest score from each category, as judged by a panel of Kissimmee destination experts, will be selected as the Grand Prize winner in that category.

I don’t stay in Kissimmee but I definitely go there for some of their activities. There’s quite a bit to do in the area!

We used to live in Celebration – Kissimmee has so much to see and do! We still have family and friends in the area and visit often. I love going back!
