I love watching my little guy try new things, learn new skills and grow into a little man. He amazes me every day! I make note of all his firsts like his first steps, his first tooth and of course his first finger foods. One day soon these moments (along with the many photos) will make it into his scrapbook.
General Mills Canada wants to share in these special moments with all of us by celebrating the big moment of First Cheerios! They want to see your little ones enjoying their first taste of this delicious & healthy cereal. Did you know that 4 out of 5 pediatricians recommend Cheerios as a first finger food?
First Cheerios Reaction:
I sat my little guy down today with a box of Cheerios to see his reaction. He loved digging into the box himself (such a big boy) but he wasn’t too sure what to do with the Cheerios at first until he saw me eat one. Then he started eating them in handfuls! His First Cheerios moment was a success!
Join General Mills Canada on their Life Made Delicious Facebook page and share a photo showcasing your tiny tot’s First Cheerios moment. I’ll be posting mine there shortly!
You can follow this campaign on Facebook to watch other proud Canadian parents and happy babies enjoy their First Cheerios moments. As a fun added bonus, the first 1,000 participants will receive a coupon for a FREE box of yummy Cheerios with a $1.00 off coupon for everyone after the first 1,000 that submit a photo (limit of one (1) Free Box of Cheerios coupon per household, and one (1) $1.00 Off Coupon per household per calendar year.).
How cool would it be to see your baby on a box of Cheerios?! That’s right, your little ones could be featured in a mosaic on a box of Cheerios! Watch the shelves in Spring 2013 when General Mills will be unveiling the completed mosaic on limited-edition family-sized (400g) boxes of Cheerios!
So join General Mills Canada on their Life Made Delicious Facebook page to take part in this fun mosaic! I’ll see you there!
