Making Healthier Choices #ActiviaChallenge

It’s no secret that I love sweets. After each meal (even breakfast), I feel the need to reach for something sweet. More often than I’d like to admit, this sweet treat is something like chocolate or candy. As part of a healthier lifestyle, I’ve joined the 4-Week Activia® Challenge. For this challenge, I’ll be eating two Activia® yogurts per day for the next 4 weeks. I’m going to incorporate Activia® yogurts into my diet twice a day (regular, fat free, source of fibers and Greek) including some of the delicious new flavours I saw at the store today like Raspberry Lemon (doesn’t that just scream summer!). I’ve cleared my cabinets of candy but I have a feeling that this challenge will be easy for me since I love yogurt so much.

For me, being healthier isn’t so much about looking great on the beach. Although that would be a nice bonus! I’m doing this to be a healthier version of myself and to set a good example for my son. We love being active outdoors in the warmer months and we’re eager to get back on the bike this year for our evening bike rides. I find that when I eat too much candy or junk food, I feel weighed down, bloated and unmotivated for exercise. I’m hoping that the 4-Week Activia® Challenge will leave my tummy satisfied and my body with more energy for walks through the park (maybe I can finally use that jogging stroller for jogging).
