Family movie night wouldn’t be the same without some delicious snacks and this Taco Snack Mix is a tasty choice! This is really easy to make and the kids can help you make it. With no baking required, this snack mix will be ready in less than 10 minutes! Less time in the kitchen means more time for the movie!

Taco Snack Mix:

This snack mix stores well for a couple of days so feel free to double the recipe for two family movie nights.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups popped buttered popcorn
  • 4 cups Crispix or Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups corn chips
  • 1 cups bite-sized cheese crackers
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix
Instructions
  1. Remove and discard unpopped kernels from popped popcorn.
  2. In a large resealable food storage plastic bag, mix popcorn, cereal, corn chips and crackers.
  3. Pour melted butter over popcorn mix.
  4. Seal and shake bag until well coated.
  5. Sprinkle in cheese and taco seasoning mix.
  6. Seal and shake bag until well coated.
