Are you tired of all of the holiday chocolates and buffets of food? Me neither! Here are some fun ways to celebrate bizarre January holidays (like National Buffet Day) with your best mommy friends.
Bizarre January Holidays:
January 2nd – National Buffet Day: You New Year’s Resolution to eat healthier can wait one more day, right? Indulge in one last buffet with your best mommy friends at a favorite restaurant.
January 3rd – National Chocolate Covered Cherry Day: After all the holiday sweets, you may be getting tired of chocolates (is that even possible?!) but you could host a party to make your own chocolate covered cherries. These could be put in the freezer and saved for a special Valentine’s Day treat. Here’s a delicious recipe you can try.
January 4th – Pop Music Chart Day: Did you know that the first music chart was created in 1936? You can celebrate Pop Music Chart Day by inviting your best girlfriends over to listen to old 80’s pop music and share a few laughs at pop music fashion of the past.
January 29th – Puzzle Day: It’s not exactly a wild & crazy moms night idea, but on Puzzle Day you can invite over your best pals for a night of puzzles, drinks and good conversation. Have you tried one of the 3D puzzles yet? Some look so complicated that you may need some extra help building it!
January 31st – Inspire Your Heart with Art Day: Do you enjoy visiting art museums? This would be a great day to gather your best pals together, get dressed up and visit a fancy art museum in your city.
