This post is courtesy of our contributor Deanna…I’ve noticed fun lunch boxes are all the rage right now, so I bring you an adorable, fun, and very easy cake pop you can include in your child’s lunch (depending on lunchbox rules at your child’s school). Nothing says “you’re my best friend” like peanut butter & jelly toast cake pops.

Using your toothpick, grab a glob of the peanut butter flavored chocolate and smear it like you would on a piece of bread. Follow the shape of the cake pop, but don’t go all the way to the edge. Repeat with the purple chocolate on your other cake pop. Let dry.

Dip your toothpick into the black chocolate, get a pea sized amount on there and then plop it towards the bottom for an eye. Add another eye, and draw on a smile. Repeat on all cake pops.

These are so adorable! I saw them on Instagram earlier this week and then saw them on Showcase Your Talent Thursday! My kids would absolutely love PB&J cake pops. Although I don’t know if I could make mine look as adorable as these. 🙂
