This post is courtesy of our contributor Michelle…You’ve heard that saying, “The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach”, right? Let me tell you, this rings true in my case. My hubby loves chocolate and peanut butter and when I whip up these Sinful Delight No-Bake Cookies, I literally see hearts in his eyes. Plus there is oatmeal, so they have to be healthy right? Ok, maybe not. But they are delicious!
No-Bake Cookies Recipe:
I love these no-bake cookies because they are super easy to make. Since all you need is a saucepan, measuring cup and a spoon there is virtually no clean up required! So for Valentine’s Day, why not whip up a batch for your beloved Valentine? If your significant other loves chocolate and peanut butter, these cookies are sure to make your Valentine’s Day that much sweeter!
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- ½ cup cocoa
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 ½ cups quick oats
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- In a saucepan on medium heat, combine milk, butter, sugar and cocoa.
- Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and then stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla.
- Drop by heaping spoonfuls on to wax paper.
- Let cool and serve with a large cold glass of milk. Enjoy!
