Sinful Delight No-Bake Cookies

This post is courtesy of our contributor Michelle…You’ve heard that saying, “The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach”, right? Let me tell you, this rings true in my case. My hubby loves chocolate and peanut butter and when I whip up these Sinful Delight No-Bake Cookies, I literally see hearts in his eyes. Plus there is oatmeal, so they have to be healthy right? Ok, maybe not. But they are delicious!

No-Bake Cookies

No-Bake Cookies Recipe:

I love these no-bake cookies because they are super easy to make. Since all you need is a saucepan, measuring cup and a spoon there is virtually no clean up required! So for Valentine’s Day, why not whip up a batch for your beloved Valentine? If your significant other loves chocolate and peanut butter, these cookies are sure to make your Valentine’s Day that much sweeter!

No-Bake Cookies

Sinful Delight No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 ½ cups quick oats
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan on medium heat, combine milk, butter, sugar and cocoa.
  2. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, and then stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla.
  4. Drop by heaping spoonfuls on to wax paper.
  5. Let cool and serve with a large cold glass of milk. Enjoy!

    Yummy!! I might have to make some of these for Sunday’s super bowl as well!

    Ghiradelli makes the best cocoa for these cookies. The chocolate taste vs what your normally find in grocery stores is absolutely divine!
