I’ve never tried to make homemade donuts but this collection of recipes is making me hungry! Little known fact, one of my very first jobs was working in a donut shop. Yep, I served donuts several hours a week and always came home smelling like one too. I just had to get out my calculator to see how many years ago that was…18 years ago. Eighteen years. When did I get so old?

Homemade Donuts:
I love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate but I haven’t had peanut butter in years because of my son’s allergies. These Stuffed Peanut Butter Cup Donuts (pictured above) by The First Year look so tasty. Since I can’t make them here, who wants to test it out for me? I know there are plenty of you shouting “Me!” right now.
These Strawberry Shortcake Donuts by A Beautiful Mess look perfect for a bridal shower brunch. I love donuts that are filled like these!

Thank you so much for including my Blueberry Almond Donut Holes! You really found some delicious recipes, and I really want a bite of all of them… Although who am I kidding, I want the entire donut from each recipe! 😉 Working in a donut shop sounds both really fun and awfully hard sometimes. The early hours, the grease, the temptations… I always wonder what’s the most popular donut. Old-fashioned? Class glazed? Or the pop-able donut holes? Any which way, this is a lovely collection — already pinned!
Cheryl, I am in donut heaven!!! Thanks for sharing our stuffed peanut butter cup donuts!
Thank you so much for featuring my donuts!! All of these look amazing!
PS: Happy Nat’l Donut Day!!
