Chocolate Raspberry Oat Bars

- 1 package (18.25 oz/515 g) white cake mix
- 2½ quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1⅓ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Confectioner's (icing) sugar (optional)
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Grease a 13 x 9 inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oats and melted butter, mixing until well blended.
- Press half of crumbles firmly into prepared pan.
- Spread jam evenly over unbaked crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over jam.
- Sprinkle evenly over the chips.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden.
- Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
- Cut into bars.
