Spicy Pulled Pork Nachos
No quantities listed here as it depends on how big a plate of nachos you're making. Top with as much or as little ingredients as you'd like.
  • jalapeno nacho chips
  • Maple Leaf Natural Selections Slow Roasted Shredded Pork
  • BBQ sauce (I use a spicy Chipotle sauce)
  • dry ranch seasoning mix
  • corn niblets
  • black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • jalapeno havarti cheese
  1. Mix the shredded pork with the BBQ sauce in a frying pan over high heat.
  2. Spread the nacho chips on a cookie sheet or aluminum baking sheet.
  3. Mix corn and black beans with a tablespoon of dry ranch seasoning mix. Stir well to mix.
  4. Top nacho chips with corn & bean mixture, shredded pork, and havarti cheese.
  5. Heat in the oven or over the BBQ until cheese is melted.
