Spicy Pulled Pork Nachos

- jalapeno nacho chips
- Maple Leaf Natural Selections Slow Roasted Shredded Pork
- BBQ sauce (I use a spicy Chipotle sauce)
- dry ranch seasoning mix
- corn niblets
- black beans (drained and rinsed)
- jalapeno havarti cheese
- Mix the shredded pork with the BBQ sauce in a frying pan over high heat.
- Spread the nacho chips on a cookie sheet or aluminum baking sheet.
- Mix corn and black beans with a tablespoon of dry ranch seasoning mix. Stir well to mix.
- Top nacho chips with corn & bean mixture, shredded pork, and havarti cheese.
- Heat in the oven or over the BBQ until cheese is melted.
