Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats
A fun treat idea for St. Patrick's Day!
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cups plain marshmallows
  • 5 cups Lucky Charms cereal
  1. Spray an 8’ x 8” baking pan well with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
  3. Remove from microwave and add in marshmallows. Stir to coat marshmallows with butter.
  4. Return to the microwave and heat on high for 30 second intervals (stirring well after each 30 seconds) until marshmallows have melted. Stir well to mix melted marshmallows with butter.
  5. Stir in cereal until well mixed.
  6. Press firmly into greased pan. You may want to wet or grease your hands for this step so you don’t have a sticky mess on your hands.
  7. Place in refrigerator for at least two hours before slicing and serving.
