Cookies & Cream Mug Cake
A delicious single serving cake in less than 5 minutes!
  • ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream (35%)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup crushed Oreos
  • extra mini Oreos with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for topping
  1. In a 16 ounce mug (I use a larger sized mug to prevent spills in the microwave), stir together chocolate chips and heavy cream and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir until well combined.
  2. Stir in sugar and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Stir in flour and baking powder until smooth.
  4. Stir in crushed Oreos just until combined.
  5. Bake in microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Timing depends on your microwave and heat settings. If the cake still looks sticky and uncooked around the edges, it’s not quite done yet.
  6. Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream and mini Oreos.
