Marshmallow Cookie Cake
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix plus the vegetable oil (1/4 cup), water (2 tablespoons) and egg (1) called for on the package.
- 1 jar (198 ml) marshmallow creme
- 8 creme-filled chocolate sandwiches coarsely chopped (1 cup)
- ½ cup chocolate-coated candies
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Make cookie mix as directed on the package using the oil, water and egg.
- Spread dough in ungreased 9" round pan.
- Bake 20 minutes just until dough is set.
- Spread marshmallow creme evenly over crust.
- Sprinkle with chopped cookies and chocolate candies.
- Bake for another 12 to 14 minutes until marshmallows begin to brown.
- Cool completely (about 1 hour) before cutting.
- Store in the refrigerator.
