Italian Meatball Appetizers

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon dried ground sage
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well blended.
  3. Shape into two-inch meatballs.
  4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for approximately 40 minutes, turning halfway through. Cook until internal temperature reaches at least 165F.
