Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream (35%)
Instructions
  1. Beat butter & sugar together on medium speed for 5 minutes.
  2. Add in cocoa powder and vanilla and beat for 30 seconds.
  3. Add heavy cream to the icing mixture and beat together on medium speed for 5 minutes.
