Chocolate Ganache
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream (35%)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  1. Place chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring heavy cream to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Once boiling, immediately pour over chocolate chips and let stand 5 minutes before stirring.
  4. Add butter to chocolate mixture and stir well until mixed.
  5. Let cool completely (it will get thicker as it gets cool) before using on the cake.
