Very Canadian Chicken Poutine Burgers
Makes 4 small burgers or two really large burgers.
  • fries (about 5 per burger plus some as a side dish)
  • gravy (if you have it in your area, we prefer the dry envelope mix for poutine)
  • white cheese curds
  • 1 pound ground Canadian chicken
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • burger buns
  1. Stir garlic & onion powder into ground chicken.
  2. Form burger patties and place burgers on BBQ. Cook until cooked thoroughly.
  3. Place chicken burgers in burger buns, top each with cheese, gravy and fries. Have extra napkins handy!
