Strawberry Cake

Perfect with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Ingredients
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) white cake mix
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 packages (16 ounces) thawed frozen sweetened strawberries , pureed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Spray 9 in. round pans with baking spray.
  3. In large bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, egg whites and oil with electric mixer.
  4. Beat until combined.
  5. Once combined reduce mixer speed to low and add pureed strawberries.
  6. Continue mixing until well blended.
  7. Pour into pans.
  8. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool completely before frosting.
  10. Refrigerate after frosting.
