Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This dessert only takes a few minutes to prepare...and just seconds to gobble up!
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust (I choose the easy route and purchase a prepared crust)
  • ½ pkg Philadelphia Chocolate Cream Cheese
  • ½ can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ cup raspberry juice (I used SunRype)
  • 1 cup Nutriwhip (whipped cream)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and milk together until mixed well.
  3. Add egg yolk and beat until well mixed.
  4. Pour in juice and stir until well mixed.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. When serving, top each slice with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
  9. Refrigerate leftovers...if you have any!
