Fruit Crisp
 
Super easy to make and deliciously addictive to eat!
Ingredients
  • 8 cups fruit in bite size pieces
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter
Instructions
  1. For the first 4 ingredients (fruit, sugar, cinnamon and salt): Toss the first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour in large greased 10 x 16 pan.
  2. For the remaining ingredients (topping): In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden.
