Sausage Breakfast Pizza

This delicious breakfast pizza is also great for supper!
  • 6 breakfast sausage links
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 taco seasoning package
  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. In a frying pan, cook the breakfast sausages thoroughly.
  3. Slice the cooked sausages into bite sized pieces.
  4. Dice the bell pepper.
  5. Scramble the eggs in a frying pan.
  6. Once scrambled, add the sausages, bell pepper, the taco seasoning and 1 cup of water (follow the directions on the back of the taco seasoning package to determine how much water to add, most say 1 cup).
  7. Cook over medium-low heat until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  8. Put the egg & sausage mixture on the prepared pizza crust and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  9. Place pizza in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and starts to bubble.
  10. Serve warm.
