Spinach Dip Tarts

- 1 cup refrigerated spinach dip
- ¼ cup diced celery
- 12 frozen tart shells, cooked
- 2 radishes, sliced and cut in half
- 1 carrot cut into small slices as a garnish
- In a small bowl, mix spinach dip and celery.
- Divide dip evenly between all shells.
- Garnish tarts with radishes and carrots.
