Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins

The raspberries could be swapped for blueberries. This recipe makes 12 muffins
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Bisquick Mix
  • 1 cup white chocolate baking chips
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup raspberries
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Grease 12 muffin cups (bottoms only) or line with paper baking cups.
  3. In a large bowl, stir all ingredients except raspberries just until moistened.
  4. Fold in raspberries.
  5. Spoon batter evenly among muffin cups.
  6. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from pan to cooling rack.
