Cookie Dough Truffles

These cookie dough truffles freeze really well so you can make a large batch and freeze some for unexpected guests.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet Baker's chocolate
  1. In a large bowl, cream butter & brown sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until the mixture is creamy.
  2. Add vanilla and beat until mixed.
  3. Gradually beat in flour and milk.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  6. Place balls on waxed paper and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
  7. Melt Baker's Chocolate
  8. Using a spoon, swirl balls in the chocolate mixture until evenly coated.
  9. Gently lift each one out of the chocolate using 2 forks.
  10. Place them back on the wax paper and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
