Best Black Bean Dip

Not only is this a delicious dip, it's also healthy! Dig in!
  • 1 -450 ml can black beans
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • unrefined salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Some canned beans have more liquid then others, so you may have to drain some liquid off.
  3. Serve as a dip for veggies or pita chips.
  4. Makes 2 cups.
