These cranberry banana muffins are really easy to make and are delicious for breakfast or a mid-day snack. You can also substitute chocolate chips in place of the cranberries. 
Cranberry Banana Muffins

These cranberry banana muffins are both easy to make and delicious to eat!
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup cranberries (I use frozen cranberries)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash bananas.
- Add oil, sugar and salt to bananas.
- Beat until well mixed.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- Beat until mixed.
- Add flour, baking soda and baking powder.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Add cranberries.
- Stir until mixed.
- Drop into greased muffin tins (makes 12 muffins).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
